Delivery Policy

Shipping & Returns

1. Is it possible to deliver the product?

It is possible. However, since we handle fresh food, we can only deliver it in Bangkok city.

 

2. How long does it take to deliver the item?

The delivery time varies depending on the order quantity and delivery area. When you place an order, the support center will inform you of the estimated delivery date, so please refer to that.
We are closed on weekends and holidays. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

3. Can the customer specify the desired delivery date?

We will do our best to accommodate you on everyday.

However, we will cut the required amount after you place an order, so we will not be able to deliver it immediately.
When you place an order, the support center will inform you of the estimated delivery date, so please refer to that.

About returns and exchanges

1. Is it possible to cancel the product?

Cancellation is possible before shipping.

Cancellation after shipping is not possible.

 

2. Is it possible to change the product ordered by the consumer?

It is possible to change the item before shipping.

We cannot respond to changes after shipping.

 

3. Is there a cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee before shipping and consumers can cancel.

Cancellations after shipping will not be accepted and consumers will be required to pay the fee.


4. Can consumers return merchandise?

As this is a fresh food, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
Please note that we cannot return, exchange, or cancel the contract even if the delivery is not delivered due to the absence of the delivery address or if the customer's order is incorrect.

We pay attention to the delivery, but if the product is different from what the consumer ordered or if the delivered product is damaged or damaged only, we will refund or exchange.

If you find any defective products, please contact us and return them by the day of arrival and the next day.
We will bear the return shipping fee.


5. Is it possible to change the shipping address after placing an order?

Changes after shipping are not possible.

It can be changed before shipping.

 

6. Will there be shipping fee?

For deliveries within Bangkok, we will charge 100฿ for shipping fee.  If you order by contact direct shop we will charge by cost grab massanger on the day price.
